Swing Set Productions recently made a significant move, relocating their offices to Long Beach. To mark this new chapter, they hosted a spectacular corporate launch party. Fuller Street had the privilege of taking point to bring this event to life, leveraging our expertise in engagement marketing, experiential marketing, and 360 event production management.

The primary objective was clear: to celebrate the office move and create a memorable experience for Swing Set’s team and clients. Our role was to design and execute an event that would encapsulate their story and set the tone for celebration in their new office space.

Design Layout and Concepts

We began by listening closely to Swing Set’s goals and designed concepts that would meet those needs. Our creative team sketched out ideas that seamlessly integrated Swing Set’s vision with the new office ambiance, while also providing functional spaces for socializing and celebration. Through collaborative planning and execution, we created an environment that encouraged interaction and reflected the essence of experiential marketing.

Coordinating the Event: A Behind-the-Scenes Look

Full-Scale 360 Production Management

Our 360 Production Management services were in full swing for this event. Fuller Street oversaw every detail, ensuring that timelines were met and quality was never sacrificed for budget.

Since the event took place at Swing Set Productions’ own office, we were able to bypass the usual venue logistics. So once the event designs were approved we moved directly into execution and production. Once our 360 event management team finalized the lighting plots, audio layouts, power cable runs, and determined the technical needs, we gathered the team and technicians to support the event infrastructure. Our network of reliable partners ensured that each aspect—from lighting to sound to catering—was handled with precision. We value our partners and understand the critical roles we all play in making a 360 Event Production successful!

Part of the Fuller Street difference is our ability to not only craft a spectacular event, but to also build interactive set pieces and unique engagement opportunities. For this Swing Set party our in-house fabricators and carpenters created a unique photo opportunity branded with the Swing Set logo. This custom piece became a focal point for guests, offering a fun way to capture memories and share their experiences on social media. It was a perfect example of how custom fabrications for experiential marketing can boost engagement and brand visibility.

Our team loved the bold simplicity and sleekness of the Swing Set bracket logo – a refreshing change from the typical multi-layered vector design work.  Still, we created visually appealing signs for our custom DJ surround and the photo op moment. These elements added a personal touch and elegance to the Swing Set experience.
