Casa Albirroja: Building a Home for Paraguay’s World Cup Spirit
For World Cup fans, it’s never just a match.

For World Cup fans, it’s never just a match.
It’s the emotion between the goals. It’s the energy in the air. Voices become one, families gather early, friends save seats, and strangers become part of the same national chorus. During the World Cup, that energy travels wherever the team goes. And for Paraguay futbol, Casa Albirroja gave their fans a place to experience the matches together.
Developed through a partnership between the Asociación Paraguaya de Fútbol, Ueno Bank, and 23 Sports Marketing, Casa Albirroja became the official fan destination for Paraguay’s national team and its supporters during the 2026 World Cup. With activations in Los Angeles and Santa Clara, the Casa Albirroja experience brought the spirit of the Albirroja to fans in the United States through live World Cup viewing, live music, interactive programming, merchandise, media moments, and space to gather as a community.

Fuller Street joined with the agency’s Stateside production partner to locally support the buildout, production, design, and other event operations supporting the experience. The work called for more than a scenic installation. It required a physical environment that could carry emotion, accommodate crowds, support live event needs, and make every fan feel like they had stepped into a place built specifically for the Paraguay national team.
The result was a fan zone that felt like a national gathering.
The Ultimate Fan Zone
Casa Albirroja was designed to signal identity and belonging. So Fuller Street fabricated key environmental elements, including the entry towers that framed the arrival experience, the Ueno Bank outdoor lounge area, and broadcast stations for Paraguayan sports networks VS Sports and GEN Sports. These pieces helped give the site its structure, its visual presence, and its sense of occasion.
Behind the visible elements was the kind of production work that allows a live environment to feel seamless. Fuller Street supported with staging, lighting, power, crowd-flow management, venue communication, and broader event management needs across the activation. In high-energy experiential environments, those details matter for the fan experience. They shape how people move, how safely they gather, how media teams function, and how the full experience holds together once the crowd arrives.
Casa Albirroja showed why strong experiential work is not simply about branding a space.
Experiential Marketing is More Than Just Building A Space
Casa Albirroja showed why strong experiential work is not simply about branding a space. It is about understanding what the space needs. Fans needed places to enjoy and experience the World Cup action. Sponsors and vendors needed to show up without interrupting the celebration. Broadcast teams needed functional and camera-ready stations. Guests needed clear flow, strong visual cues, and environments that invited them to stay, participate, and live in the moment. Every element had to serve both the emotion of the event and the logistics of live production. That balance is where Fuller Street’s work lives: building the physical pieces people remember while solving the operational details they may never notice.
The Ueno Bank outdoor lounge created a branded hospitality moment that integrated into the larger fan experience. For VS and GEN, the broadcast stations provided a dedicated presence that connected the celebration on-site with audiences following from elsewhere. For fans, the entry towers and other gathering spaces turned empty parking lots into a destination worth experiencing and remembering.
Casa Albirroja was not just a place to watch futbol. It was a hub for national pride.

Casa Albirroja: A Home Away From Home For Paraguay Fans
Even miles away from Paraguay, with Casa Albirroja supporters had a place to sing, celebrate, react, wait, hope, and share the intensity of the World Cup together. That’s the real power of experiential marketing when it is built with intention. It gives emotion a structure. It gives community a place to gather. It turns moments into memories.
This project was an opportunity to support an experience that carried deep cultural significance, sponsor visibility, media functionality, and match-day energy all at once. Through practical production support and custom-built scenic elements, working in unison with the 23 Sports Marketing and their production partner, the Casa Albirroja activation captured what the World Cup does best: it brought people together around something larger than the game itself.
And for Paraguay’s supporters in Los Angeles and Santa Clara, it gave that energy a home.

Building the Right Production Partnership
A strong corporate event management partner makes the complex look simple. Rather than focusing on one isolated deliverable, the right team understands how creative, technical, and logistic decisions affect one another.
For producers, this means having a partner who can translate design intent into buildable solutions. For AV companies, it means working with teams that understand technical needs and installation constraints. For everyone, it means greater confidence that the final experience will reflect the brand at the highest level.
The most successful partnerships are built on communication, realistic planning, and shared accountability. Early alignment helps teams define scope, identify risk, confirm priorities, and create an execution path that supports the event’s goals.
When all of these disciplines work together, corporate event production becomes more than a service. It becomes a system that allows ambitious ideas to happen in the real world on time, on brand, and ready for the audience engagement.
